Dr. Yee, Tan & Associates (DYT) Since '92
Legal firm based in Kota Kinabalu. DYT was co-founded by Dr. Yee Moh Chai and Late Tan Kian Mon (1958-2022). In 1994 Yee relinquished his rights in the firm to venture and pursue a career in Politics.
With more than 30 years of experience, the firm has litigated a wide range of civil disputes as well as advised and conducted a vast number of conveyancing matters.
In order to adapt and tackle with the ever-changing conditions of the modern-day needs, the firm has equipped itself with a wide range of lawyers of different specialties.

Datin Seri Vicky is the managing partner of the firm supervising and overseeing the smooth running of cases in the firm.
Aimi Binti Hassan
Partner
Aimi Binti Hassan is in the firm’s Civil Litigation department. She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Malaya, Malaysia and was admitted as Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak in 2007.
Ho Jill Yee
Partner
Ho Jill Yee is in the firm’s Conveyancing department. Jill holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) from the University of Tasmania, Australia and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania, Australia in 2013. In 2015, Jill was admitted to the High Court in Sabah & Sarawak as an Advocate & Solicitor and is a certified mediator under the Asia Mediation Centre for dispute resolution matters.
Yee Tsai Yiew

Yee Tsai Yiew holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) from Cardiff University, Wales UK. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia and the High Court in Sabah and Sarawak as an Advocate & Solicitor in 2020. Yiew is also an accredited Mediator in alternative dispute resolution, and a Certified Human Resource Officer accredited by the Malaysia Institute of Human Resource Management. Tsai Yiew is currently on secondment with the Chief Minister’s Department as Special Officer to the Chief Minister.
